Indulge in a seasonal dining experience begin with a delicate entrée of parsnip and chestnut soup, served with prosciutto di San Daniele and crispy leek. For your main course, select either Queensland turkey with butter-basted breast, confit leg, pancetta and herb stuffing, thyme gravy and cranberry relish, or a slow-roasted MB2+ striploin finished with rosemary and garlic, cime di rapa, salsa verde and Barolo jus. Both mains are accompanied by truffle potato purée, honey-glazed crispy brussel sprouts and heirloom carrots. To finish, enjoy a Queensland crunchy pavlova with yuzu, passionfruit, creamy strawberry and double vanilla.
